Privacy Policy
Effective June 12, 2026
LIGAZON Alliance keeps this short and plain. We collect only what we need to count the work, build the register, and send you the brief for your field. We do not sell your information, ever.
What the register collects
When you add your name to the register, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, your email address, your professional field, your city or region, and any note you add about how you want to take part. If you opt in to text confirmation, we collect your phone number for that purpose only.
How we use it
- To send you the monthly brief and register updates for your field.
- To organize cohorts, programs, and introductions relevant to your work.
- To understand, in aggregate, who is on the register so we can report honestly on the movement.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it with service providers (such as our email and database hosts) only as needed to operate the register, and only under agreements that bind them to protect it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses two analytics tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it:
- PostHog (product analytics): records anonymized usage events and funnels.
- Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay): records anonymized interaction patterns.
These tools may set cookies or use similar storage. They do not receive your name or the contents of the register. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
Your rights as a California resident (CCPA and CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands.
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the word "Privacy" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.
Unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to be removed from the register entirely.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it on the register. Questions: [email protected].
