Terms of Use
Effective June 12, 2026
By using the LIGAZON Alliance website, you agree to these terms. We have kept them plain.
What this site is
This site publishes data about Latino representation across occupations, organizes a public register, and describes the work of LIGAZON Alliance. It is provided for information and civic participation.
The data and our projections
We source our representation figures to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and named professional registries, and we cite each one. Where we model future dates for reaching parity, those are projections, not promises. We make no warranty that any projected date, target, or outcome will occur. We model below parity on purpose and label what is still being built; do not rely on any forward-looking figure as a guarantee.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the register.
- You may share and cite our published data with attribution to LIGAZON Alliance and the original source.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LIGAZON Alliance is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
