Programs

Four programs. Each one moves the clock in a measurable direction.

The first program is live. The next three come online over the next twelve months. Founding members shape every one of them.

The Dashboard.

The first cross-sector picture of Latino representation that has ever been published.

The vision

A public utility for every researcher, policymaker, journalist, and student working on Latino occupational parity. Federal sources, scaled to a 19.5% benchmark, in one place for the first time.

What you get
  • Full dashboard access across nine sectors
  • Monthly data brief by email
  • Quarterly "state of the gap" report
  • Sector cohort access
Why join now

Founding members are named in the permanent record of the inaugural State of the Latino Workforce report, published December 2026. After September 30, the founding cohort closes.

Founding cohort · Opens July 2026
First cohort starts October 2026.

LIGAZON Academy.

Top-tier credential prep. Zero cost. From people who look like you and passed the same exam.

The vision

Remove the credential-cost barrier that breaks the pipeline. MCAT, LSAT, CPA, bar exam, engineering boards. Tutors are recent passers of the same exam, matched on background, language, and target program.

What you get
  • Free year-long prep for your target exam
  • One-to-one tutor matched to you
  • Practice exams and admissions counseling
  • Cohort of 50 students
Why apply early

The inaugural cohort is 50 students at a 1:4 tutor ratio. Future cohorts scale, but the ratio gets thinner. Founding cohort students are first in line for the Fellowship.

Nominations open Sept 2026
Inaugural cohort begins January 2027.

LIGAZON Fellowship.

The gap doesn’t stop at the entry level. The Fellowship is built for the second half — from senior professional to the rooms that decide.

The vision

Most of the representation gap widens between mid-career and leadership. The Fellowship is the structured push into the C-suite, the board, the bench, the editor's chair. Ten Latino professionals per year, across healthcare, law, technology, finance.

What you get
  • Ten-person peer cohort, monthly
  • Executive coach matched to your trajectory
  • Placement support and warm intros
  • Lifetime alumni network
Why the inaugural cohort matters

Founding fellows get founder status, lifetime NEXO membership, and a named seat in the permanent record. The bar to enter rises sharply from cohort two onward. Inaugural is the easiest entry the Fellowship will ever offer.

Inaugural gathering
December 2026 · Los Angeles · Invitation-only

NEXO.

Not a conference. Two days a year, every sector at one table — sobremesa included.

The vision

Two days a year. Every sector at one table. Music, art, sobremesa, and a real reckoning with the data. NEXO is what holds the Alliance together as a community, not a mailing list.

What you get
  • Inaugural gathering: 200 founding members
  • Sector cohort sessions, working dinners
  • Annual "state of the gap" presentation
  • The first room sets the tone for the decade
Inaugural cohort is capped

Two hundred invitations for the founding NEXO. Future years grow. The founding room is the room every later attendee will ask about. Founding Alliance members get priority.
