The Long View

A 19-year-old voting in 2045 is in middle school today.

Project 2045 is LIGAZON Alliance's twenty-year horizon: build the data, accountability, and pipeline infrastructure today so that the next generation inherits a state where the clock has actually moved.

2045

The horizon.

The Census projects California reaches majority-Latino status around 2045. The question is whether the professional, civic, and economic systems of that state will reflect the people who live in it. or whether they will look the same as they look today.

We work backward from that horizon. Every program, every dataset, every accountability instrument is one step. The compounding is the strategy.

The Plan

Four phases. Twenty years. Compounded.

The work is sequenced. Each phase prepares the next. No leaps. No spectacle.

2026. Foundation

Publish the data.

Connect federal sources across every major sector. Make the gap impossible to argue with. Begin the public record.

2027–2030. Accountability

Build the instruments.

Public covenants, pledges, and scorecards across sectors. The Health & Prosperity Covenant is the first. Others follow.

2030–2038. Pipeline

Move people through.

Academy at scale. Fellowship cohorts placed where they have leverage. NEXO as the annual reckoning. Measurable share gains in every sector.

2038–2045. Compounding

Hand it off.

The 19-year-old now voting walks into a state with better data, signed commitments, deeper bench, and institutions that have learned how to keep the clock moving.

A Note on Pace

This is patient capital, applied to civic infrastructure.

LIGAZON's calendar is twenty years long because the systems we are trying to change have been in place for longer than that. Anything shorter is a press release. We are building a record.

Join the work at any phase.

Members, partners, and researchers all have a place in the plan. The bar to entry is showing up.
